  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (No. 2 ) can green peas
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. chopped sour pickles
  • 1 pt. pickle relish
  • 1 large can pimentos, chopped
  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • 2 large sweet onions
  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. French dressing
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • parsley

Directions

    Boil, drain and blanch macaroni.

    Drain peas.

    Quarter eggs, then slice in two.

    Slice onions and cover with 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, salt and paprika.
