  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can small English peas, drained
  • 1/4 c. salad picklettes
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • pepper to taste
