- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 lb. ham or turkey
- mayonnaise
- 3 chopped, hard-boiled eggs (if desired)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni as directed; drain.

2In a large bowl combine chopped onion, green onion, tomatoes and shredded ham or turkey. Add macaroni and mix with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Put hard-boiled eggs on top.

3Eggs can be quartered and laid on top.

4Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
