  • 16 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 each medium red and green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped (about 1 c.)

Directions
