Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 jar corn relish
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped and drained
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook, rinse and drain macaroni.

    Mix all ingredients in order given, except mayonnaise and sour cream.

    Mix these in small bowl and pour over all.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
