Ingredients
- 1 c. macaroni
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2Melt butter and stir in flour and salt.

3Gradually stir in milk, cooking until thick.

4Add a small amount of hot mixture to the slightly beaten eggs and return to hot mixture.

5Add cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salmon.

6Turn into a greased 9-inch pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°.

7Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
