- 2 c. elbow macaroni (8 oz. pkg.), uncooked
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute raw macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot cooking oil just until macaroni turns slightly yellow.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5May need to add more water.
