- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 to 2 large cans tomatoes
- 3 to 4 c. cooked macaroni
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
Directions

1Brown stew beef, cut into small pieces, in fat.

2Add onion and cook slowly until transparent.

3Add celery and then add enough water to cover beef well.

4Add bouillon cubes and simmer until beef is very tender.

5Add canned tomatoes (including juice) and macaroni.

6Heat and serve.
