- 7 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 oz. frozen green peas
- 1 c. sliced gherkins
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook macaroni until tender and drain.

2Cook peas and drain. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayonnaise and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
