  • 7 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 oz. frozen green peas
  • 1 c. sliced gherkins
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook macaroni until tender and drain.

    Cook peas and drain. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayonnaise and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
