- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. squash (Italian or summer)
- 12 oz. pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Cut squash into small pieces.

2Blend together squash, sour cream and cream of chicken soup.

3Mix stuffing with margarine and spread half of crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan/casserole dish.

4Spread squash mixture over this and top with remaining buttered crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.

5Casserole can be topped with shredded cheese, if desired.
