- 1 lb. 2 oz. sugar
- 7 oz. coconut
- 5 oz. cornflakes
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

2Add sugar gradually. Fold in coconut, cornflakes, vanilla and salt.

3Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.

5Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
