  • 1 pint sherbet orange, can use other flavors
  • 1 box white cake mix Pillsbury
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract
  • 7 ounces Baker Angel Flake Coconut each

    Soften sherbet in large bowl.

    Add cake mix and almond extract.

    Blend well.

    Stir in coconut.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes.

    Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
