- sweetener equal to 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg whites stiff but not dry; fold in sweetener.

3Add cornflakes, coconut, nuts and almond extract. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet; bake about 12 minutes.

4Remove at once from baking sheet.
