- 8 oz. Solo almond paste
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Cut almond paste into very small pieces in mixing bowl.

2Add sugar and the egg whites.

3Blend until very smooth.

4Pipe cookies or by the teaspoon, about the size of half a dollar onto a brown paper lined baking sheet.

5Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

6Dampen the back of the brown paper and remove cookies.
