  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 12 teaspoons almond extract
  • 3 tablespoons low-carb maple syrup (i.e. Slimette)
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Preheat over to 350.

    Sprinkle vanilla and almond over cocnut in med size bowl.

    Add ground almonds, maple syrop, and salt.

    Mix.

    Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into coconut mix.

    Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheet, or onto parchment.
