- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 12 teaspoons almond extract
- 3 tablespoons low-carb maple syrup (i.e. Slimette)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Preheat over to 350.

2Sprinkle vanilla and almond over cocnut in med size bowl.

3Add ground almonds, maple syrop, and salt.

5Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into coconut mix.

6Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheet, or onto parchment.
