  • 4 eggs, beaten (or egg substitute equivalent)
  • 14 cup flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (fat-free is fine)
  • 1 (8 ounce) packagegrated cheddar cheese (2% milk is ok)
  • 1 can chopped chile (optional but adds a nice bit of interest)
