Mackerel Crowns

- 1/2 heads Cauliflower
- 3 whole Bell Peppers
- 1 can (about 4 Oz. Size) Mackerel
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Onion
Directions

1Chop cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until rice-sized.

2Set aside.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and cut about 8 rings of bell pepper.

4Put on cookie sheet.

5Spoon in cauliflower rice into each bell pepper ring, and fill until level with the pepper.

6Combine mackerel, garlic powder, and green onion with a wooden spoon.

7Using 2 spoons, pile the mackerel mixture on top of each bell pepper.

8Bake for 15 minutes.
