Ingredients

  • 60 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 10 grams Wheat bran
  • 40 grams Oatmeal
  • 2 grams Cinnamon powder
  • 30 grams Corn meal
  • 1 Vanilla oil
  • 2 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Canola oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 50 grams Beet sugar
  • 55 grams Soy milk
  • 2 grams Baking soda
  • 20 grams Shredded coconut
  • 50 grams Dried fruits (minced)

Directions

    Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

    Then add all the other ingredients except for the shredded coconut and dried fruits, and stir evenly.

    Mix in the dried fruits and shredded coconut.

    Spread out a sheet of parchment paper and place the dough from Step 3 on top.

    Cover with plastic wrap, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to an even thickness.

    Use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the dough into bars (make whatever shapes you like).

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 20 minutes.

    Reduce the heat to 130 C and bake for 5 more minutes.

    Once they've become crispy, they're done!
