- 200 grams Cake flour
- 50 grams Bread flour
- 5 grams Baking powder
- 3 grams Salt
- 40 grams Maple syrup
- 30 grams Canola oil
- 90 grams Soy milk
- 30 grams Walnuts
Directions

1Sift all of the dry ingredients together.

3Mix together the canola oil, soy milk, and maple syrup.

4Mix it well till it emulsifies.

5Combine Step 1 with Step 2.

6Next, with a rubber spatula, mix together well using gentle cutting motions.

7Once it is no longer floury, gather the dough together.

8Roll the dough out to a 2 cm thickness with a rolling pin and cut the dough into whatever shapes you would like.

9Arrange them on a baking tray and bake in an oven for 15 minutes at 220C.
