  • 30 grams Sakekasu (sake lees)
  • 100 grams Flour (any kind)
  • 1 dash Olive oil
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

    Mix together the sake lees and water well.

    Add the remaining materials and mix.

    Dust with flour, spread out thinly and cut into your desired shapes and sizes.

    Bake in a 170-180C oven for 15 minutes.
