- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus additional softened butter for the molds
- 4 large eggs
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 14 cup honey
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Melt the butter in a microwave using 15 second spurts.

2In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the eggs, both sugars, and honey until pale and foamy, 2-3 minutes.
