  • 1 Maggie noodles packet
  • 1 tbsp siracha sauce
  • 3 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 meat (chicken /Turkey/pork/beef/seafood)
  • 1 spring onion

Directions

    Boil the noodles till firm ( about 2~4 minutes), separate the water(keep it aside will use it later) and noodles.

    On a separate pot, Heat up the butter, mix the Maggie powder mix till you see a saucy texture ( no dry powder left)

    add the boiled noodle water to the pot

    Add siracha and soya, and bring it to boiling point again, Make sure the sauce is little thick.

    Add water if you like more soupy

    In a bowl, Put the noodles on the bottom of the bowl then crack an egg on top, few pieces of meat on the side and Add the sauce from top.

    Finish it with some Spring onions.
