- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 8 inch, baked
- 1 can milk, sweetened condensed
- 2 ounces chocolate unsweetened baking
- 1/2 cup water hot
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
Directions

1Melt chocolate with milk and salt in double boiler.

2Stir constantly over boiling water until very thick.

3Gradually stir in water; keeping smooth, continue cooking, stirring often until mixture thickens.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Pour into shell.

7Cool at room temperature 1/2 hour.

8Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

9Garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
