  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 8 inch, baked
  • 1 can milk, sweetened condensed
  • 2 ounces chocolate unsweetened baking
  • 1/2 cup water hot
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

    Melt chocolate with milk and salt in double boiler.

    Stir constantly over boiling water until very thick.

    Gradually stir in water; keeping smooth, continue cooking, stirring often until mixture thickens.

    Remove from heat.
