  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) candied fruit
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. glazed cherries (red and green)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, place in greased brown paper lined (bottom) pan (tube).

    Bake at 250° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
