Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. white sugar or to taste
  • 1 c. water to melt cornstarch
  • 5 drops yellow coloring
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • roasted sweet dehydrated coconut and cheese (for topping, optional)

Directions

    Cook, in saucepan, all the ingredients, except cornstarch.

    Add cornstarch, melted in 1 cup of water, to thicken mixture.

    Pour in a cooking dish or pan and let set to cool.

    Sprinkle with roasted coconut and shredded cheese, if desired, when halfway cold.
