- 1 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese, cheddar works best
Directions

1In bowl, beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper.

2Set aside. In large skillet over medium to low heat, melt butter, pour in egg mixture.

3Cook, stirring occasionally until eggs are set but still moist.

4Remove from heat to cool.

5Stir in sour cream.
