  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • chopped green onions (optional)

Directions

    Cook peeled potatoes until tender and drain.

    Mash smooth. Add all ingredients and beat until fluffy.

    Cool.

    Cover and place in refrigerator.
