- 5# Baking Potatoes (Russet / Idaho)
- 8 oz. Pkg Cream cheese, room temperature, cut in chunks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk, heated
- Chopped, fresh chives or aprsley
Directions

1Peel potatoes, cut into chunks, cook til tender, 15-20 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK

2Drain and return to warm pot.

3Add cream cheese & mash w hand mixer until cheese is blended in.

4Beat in soour cream and milk.

5Transfer to buttered 9 x 12 casserole.

6Cool completely. Cover w plastic wrap & refrigerate for up to 1 day.

7Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven until heated thru - 30-40 minutes.

8Serve hot sprinkled with chives and parsley.
