  • 9 large potatoes
  • 2 3 oz or 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion tops
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

    Cook and mash potatoes.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

    To serve, put desired amount in a buttered casserole dish.

    Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
