- 8 large Russets
- 1 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook potatoes, mash, beat in cream cheese, then sour cream, garlic salt and pepper.

2Put in buttered shallow casserole or Pyrex dish.

3Dot with butter.

4Cover with foil.

5Refrigerate up to 2 days.

6Bring to room temperature before baking or at least 1/2 hour out of refrigerator to avoid breakage.
