Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu tomato sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 can consomme
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 small (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti

Directions

    Brown beef with chopped onion.

    Add tomato paste and chili powder and stir in well.

    Add tomato sauce, consomme and water. Simmer all of this for 15 minutes.

    Add cooked and drained spaghetti.

    Put in casserole.

    When ready to serve, heat in 350° oven until bubbly hot.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese on top. Freezes well.
