- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu tomato sauce with mushrooms
- 1 can consomme
- 1/2 can water
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 small (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
Directions

1Brown beef with chopped onion.

2Add tomato paste and chili powder and stir in well.

3Add tomato sauce, consomme and water. Simmer all of this for 15 minutes.

4Add cooked and drained spaghetti.

5Put in casserole.

6When ready to serve, heat in 350° oven until bubbly hot.

7Serve with Parmesan cheese on top. Freezes well.
