  • 12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder in large mixing bowl.

    Mash potatoes until fluffy.

    (Add a small amount of milk if potatoes are too thick.)

    Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Refrigerate until ready to use. To bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and place in 350° oven for one hour.
