- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. each: basil leaves, thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium baking potatoes
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 medium green or red pepper

- 8 chicken pieces

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Shake flour in Reynolds oven cooking bag.

3Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Add water, basil, thyme and seasoned salt to bag.

5Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Cut onion and potatoes into 8 wedges each.

6Slice carrots and cut red pepper into cubes.

7Add vegetables to bag.

8Turn bag to coat vegetables.

9Arrange in an even layer.

10Sprinkle chicken with seasonings; place in bag.

11Close bag with nylon tie.

12Make 6 half-inch slits in top.

13Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until tender.
