  • 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup (10 Oz. Can)
  • 4 ounces, fluid Conquista Malbec (red Wine)
  • 8 pounds Sliced Baby Portabello Mushrooms
  • 2 pounds Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Directions

    Combine soup and wine in a crock pot.

    Whisk to combine.

    Add mushrooms.

    Place roast on top of mushrooms.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt and Lawrys seasoned salt.

    Cook on Low for 8 hours or until fork tender.

    Serving suggestion: Toast French bread slices with butter, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper until golden brown.
