- 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup (10 Oz. Can)
- 4 ounces, fluid Conquista Malbec (red Wine)
- 8 pounds Sliced Baby Portabello Mushrooms
- 2 pounds Sirloin Tip Roast
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions

1Combine soup and wine in a crock pot.

2Whisk to combine.

3Add mushrooms.

4Place roast on top of mushrooms.

5Sprinkle with garlic salt and Lawrys seasoned salt.

6Cook on Low for 8 hours or until fork tender.

7Serving suggestion: Toast French bread slices with butter, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper until golden brown.

8Layer sliced roast and mushrooms over bread slices.
