- 4 tablespoons cocoa (that's 16 teaspoons)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 300 g vanilla, creme fruche or 300 g thick vanilla yogurt
- 1 (165 g) packet Maltesers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 175°C Grease an 18cm square cake tin

2Sift together the flour, sugar amd cocoa

3In another bowl- combine the eggs, oil and Fruche
-
4Combine wet and dry ingredients

5Stir through the maltesers
-
6Pour into prepared tin and bake approx 30 minutes.
