- 3 lb ground beef or turkey
- 48 oounces tomato puree
- 36 ounces tomato paste
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tteaspoons salt, or to taste
- Whole wheat pasta -- ~2 ounces per person
