  • 160 grams sugar
  • 160 grams flour (I used cake flour - see note above)
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 200 grams butter, softened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 pears
  • 125 grams cubed sugar (about 25-50 depending on size. I used about 50 mini-cubes from Dominos)
