  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. dry herb flavored stuffing
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Cook spinach in large pan; drain and add all other ingredients to spinach.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
