- 3/4 c. oleo
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. dry herb flavored stuffing
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook spinach in large pan; drain and add all other ingredients to spinach.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Refrigerate for 2 hours.

4Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

5Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
