   Cream Crisco and sugar.

   Add eggs, one at a time.

   Pour in milk and vanilla.

   Add flour and other dry ingredients, beating after each addition.

   Beat an additional two minutes.

   Pour into tube pan which has been greased and coated with sugar.

   Bake 45 minutes at 375°.

   This is delicious; does not need frosting.
