  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix cake mix, oranges, juice, eggs and oil by electric mixer until oranges are broken up and batter is fluffy (about 3 minutes). Divide among 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool.
