  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (juice also)
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. orange flavoring (if desired)

    Combine all ingredients and beat 3 to 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
