Mandarin Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large Cool Whip (13 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

    Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice with electric mixer.

    Divide into three 9-inch greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

    Cool completely.

    Mix instant pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple with juice with electric mixer.

    Spread between layers and on top and sides.

    Keep covered in refrigerator.

    Better if made the night before.
