- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large Cool Whip (13 1/2 oz.)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
Directions

1Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice with electric mixer.

2Divide into three 9-inch greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.

3Cool completely.

4Mix instant pudding, Cool Whip and pineapple with juice with electric mixer.

5Spread between layers and on top and sides.

6Keep covered in refrigerator.

7Better if made the night before.
