- 1/4 lb. lasagne
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Italian pork sausage
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
- cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. process Swiss cheese (about 8 slices)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagne in boiling salt water (until tender) about 15 minutes.

2Stir occasionally with wooden spoon.

3Drain and rinse with hot water.

4Separate lasagne and hang over edge of colander to allow for easier handling later.
