  • 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding or 1 large
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix by hand the following:

    cake mix, oil and can of oranges. Then, add to the mixture 4 eggs (one at a time).

    Mix well.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool cake.
