  • 1 Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
  • 1 can mandarin oranges and juice
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 box instant coconut cream pudding
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, mandarin oranges with their juice, oil and eggs.

    Beat with an electric mixer.

    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Turn batter into pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
