- 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. fruit juices
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
Directions

1Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.

2Add 2 cups fruit juices.

3Cool and refrigerate until consistency of unbeaten egg white.

4Add fruit and pint of orange sherbet.

5Mix thoroughly. Place in 12-cup ring mold.

6Refrigerate until well set.

7Unmold to serve.

8May be divided into two smaller molds.
