  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 head chopped celery
  • 2 to 3 chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of Tabasco
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

    In separate bowl, mix all dressing ingredients together and chill.

    Right before serving, add almonds and oranges and toss with dressing.
