Ingredients

  • 500 grams lamb minced/or beef ( which many use)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp worchestshire sauce
  • 1 box veg stock
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 salt n pepper
  • 750 grams potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 150 grams milk

Directions

    Peel potatoes put in cold water and bring to a boil cook until softened,drain then mash with enough butter and milk and salt and pepper to Ur taste

    Brown lamb /beef mince in oil and add chopped veg and herbs and seasonings and stock,cook until veg is tender and liquid is reduced and slightly thickened

    Put mix into oven proof dish and top with mash ,place in oven for 45-50 minutes until Browned at 400F

    Serve with veg and enjoy
