Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. diced mango
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. grated coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour two loaf pans.

3Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon into a small mixing bowl and set aside.

4In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil and sugar. Combine with dry ingredients and blend well.

5Fold mangos, raisins, nuts and coconut.

6Pour into loaf pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
