- 2 mangoes, peeled
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Puree mangoes till smooth and you have about 2 cups of puree.

2Place almonds, sugar and baking powder into food processor.

3Combine well then pour in puree, blend well.

4Add eggs one at a time.

5Pour batter into greased 20 cm cake tin.

6Bake 180 C for 1 hour.

7Cool in tin for 10 minutes.
